SUMMARY
All new furnishings and a full remodel has just been completed of the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas. Sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adult guests.
Every day is different. From sunrise to sunset the changes in lighting and coloration offer a breathtaking, ever-changing, panoramic view. Watch for fishing boats, whale spouts, sea lions, seals, pelicans, shorebirds and couples, families and children as they enjoy beachcombing, surfing, kite sailing, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, campfires on the beach, beach games, and more.
Walk down the steps and out to 6 miles of sandy beach that runs from Fishing Rock to the south all the way north to the tip of Salishan Spit opposite Siletz Bay Pier.
THE PROPERTY
Condo 43 features a cushioned Window Bench measuring 10’ 9” long x 30” wide that has been built-in alongside a picture window to allow you to comfortably and safely stretch out. Read a good book, take a nap and take in the beach and ocean views as you listen to the waves. Or enjoy those same views from the comfort of the the Living Room or the private outdoor Balcony Patio.
Move into the living room to relax around the wood-burning fireplace and an 85” TV perfect for watching the big game, movies or cable television.
Both bedrooms are furnished with new king-size beds and mattresses, ceiling fans, 55” TVs, dressers, night stands and closets so you can move in, put your things away and feel right at home. The entire condo was designed to feel as open and spacious as possible.
Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers with ceiling-mounted rain heads, and lighted vanity mirrors. Dimmable lighting throughout 43 allows you to adjust the lighting from dark and moody to light and bright which is particularly dramatic in both bathrooms.
The kitchen is well-equipped for your convenience.
And last but not least, a small bench in the Entry makes it easier and safer to tug on or off sandy beach shoes.
Cavalier Condos include wonderful onsite staff to welcome and assist you throughout your stay. Cooper and Simon are the renown team who manage the complex with maintenance and housekeeping staff who receive rave reviews for keeping the property in tiptop shape
Amenities include an indoor Recreation Center with a Swedish Sauna; billiards, ping pong and foosball tables; fireplace, lounge, kitchenette and bathrooms.
Condo 43 has its own covered parking space with additional parking on the grounds.
THE LOCATION
Conveniently nestled on the Central Oregon coast, Cavalier Condos are located just south of the hustle and bustle of Lincoln City on a quieter stretch of beach just north of Depoe Bay. Located in-between Lincoln City and Newport allows for easy access if you want to venture away from the comforts of Condo 43. There is so much to do, depending on the season, that it is difficult to decide what to explore. It’s up to you; explore new sights while enjoying past favorites.
Fall and Winter are often overlooked seasons but offer dramatic beach vacations. Condo 43 offers a cozy perch to watch the ever-changing weather; work on your laptop or a puzzle, read by the fireplace, or watch TV during a dramatic, rainy winter storm.
Activities are too numerous to detail but favorites include:
The 6-mile beach right outside is one of the best but if you want to explore more, beaches on the Central Coast are surprisingly unique. Day trips can easily be made to beaches on the way down to Florence/Dune City 2 hours to the south or to Tillamook or Cannon Beach to the north. Other special beaches include Seal Rock State Park, the beach at Seal Rock Wayside at Curtis Street, Ona Beach, and Cobble Beach at Yaquina Head Lighthouse.
Besides the beaches there are plenty of outdoor areas to explore including Drift Falls, Beaver Creek Natural Area (for hiking and kayaking), Alder Island Nature Trail for birding, and the unique coastal prairie habitat (important for the threatened Oregon Silverspot Butterfly) at Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
On rainy days if you want to get out there is always indoor shopping and dining. Quilter’s Cove offers unique fabrics, kits and patterns with coastal and Pacific Northwest themes and Beluga Beads is the largest bead store on the Oregon Coast. North Lincoln County Historical Museum has free admission and focuses on the special local history. Or stop by the local breweries for a tasting.
It will take multiple vacations to experience it all but research and planning is part of vacation fun. Enjoy.
